This foundational course teaches the fundamentals needed to carry out a SAFe implementation successfully. You will be introduced to key mindsets as well as all the values and principles on which SAFe is based. You will understand which roles your organization needs and how responsibilities should best be distributed. With agility at every level, you will be able to respond to changing conditions across your entire environment in an optimal, fast, and effective way. Further topics include:
