A senior Angular developer in your team – for the months you need one
When the roadmap needs hands and recruiting takes too long: one of us joins your team, in your repository and your process, from two days a week up to full-time. Angular first, .NET and Java through our network.
- 2 days a week up to full-time
- Monthly, 4 weeks’ notice
- From CHF 1,700 per day
- Remote or on site
- German or English
- Based near Zurich
What you need to know before you say yes
- What your team gets
- A senior who ships from the first week – in your repository, your CI and your stand-ups – and leaves the team stronger than before: patterns, reviews and decisions stay with your people.
- What it costs
- From CHF 1,700 per day, billed monthly for the days worked. No recruiting fee, no onboarding project, no notice period longer than four weeks.
- Time from your team
- A kick-off, access to the repository and someone to pair with in the first days. After that it is one more developer in the team, not one more vendor to manage.
- Why it’s low-risk
- Monthly, four weeks’ notice on either side, NDA, remote first. You know who you get before you sign – the first call is with the person who will do the work.
Developer? Copy this into the request to your manager
I’d like to extend our team with a senior Angular developer from Offering Solutions (Microsoft MVP, Google Developer Expert) for [n] months at [2–5] days a week. They work in our repository and CI like an employee; from CHF 1,700 per day, monthly with four weeks’ notice, no recruiting fee. Details: offering.solutions/angular-team-extension/
One more developer in the team – not one more vendor
- A senior Angular developer in your team – your repository, your CI, your stand-ups, your pull requests
- From two days a week up to full-time, for as many months as you need
- Someone who makes architecture decisions with you and leaves them documented in your repo
- .NET or Java through the specialists in our network when the backend is part of the job
- Not an agency bench: you get the person you talked to, not “a resource”
- Not a fixed-scope project with a specification and a change-request process
- Not juniors learning on your budget
When teams extend with us
- An upgrade or an Nx migration with a deadline, and nobody can spare the weeks
- The senior who knew the frontend has left, and the next hire is months away
- A new product needs an Angular lead for the first six months, not a permanent position yet
- The team is good but the backlog has outgrown it, and recruiting takes longer than the roadmap allows
- You want to introduce signals, the Signal Store or AI guardrails and need someone who has done it before
From the first call to hand-over
First call
You describe the project, the stack and the gap; we say whether we are the right fit and who from the team would join – that person is on the call.
Scope and start date
Days per week, duration, remote or on site, what success looks like after the first month. A one-page agreement, monthly billing, four weeks’ notice.
In the team
Kick-off, repository access, pairing in the first days – then daily work in your process: stand-ups, reviews, releases. Weekly check-in with the lead on where things stand.
Hand-over
Decisions and patterns documented in your repo, open topics listed, knowledge handed to the people who stay. Extend month by month or stop with four weeks’ notice.
The people, not a bench

Tim HonermannSenior Software EngineerSenior Software Engineer for Angular and Java, builds full-stack applications for clients and writes about it on his blog.
For .NET backends Steven Giesel joins from our network; for web security Martina Kraus. You meet whoever would work with you in the first call. Meet the whole team →
Questions before the first call
Who exactly joins our team?
Fabian or Tim for Angular and full-stack work; for .NET or Java backends we bring in the specialists from our network, such as Steven for .NET. You meet the person in the first call and decide with them, not with a sales team.
How many days a week, and for how long?
From two days a week up to full-time, typically for three to twelve months. We agree the days per week up front and adjust them month by month if your needs change.
What does it cost?
From CHF 1,700 per day, billed monthly for the days worked. There is no recruiting fee and no minimum term beyond the current month; either side can end the engagement with four weeks’ notice.
Is there a trial period?
No separate trial – the monthly term with four weeks’ notice is the trial. If the first month doesn’t work for either side, it ends there.
Remote or on site?
Remote first, in your tools. For kick-offs, workshops and when the team benefits from it we come to your office in Switzerland, Germany or Austria; regular on-site days are possible by agreement.
How is this different from consulting?
Consulting is a few days on a decision; team extension is months in the team, doing the work. Many engagements start with a few consulting days or an audit and continue as team extension when the roadmap needs hands.
Do you work in our tools and sign an NDA?
Yes. Your repository, your CI, your issue tracker, your communication tools; NDA as a matter of course. Nothing leaves your environment.
Tell us about the gap
Stack, team size, how many days a week and from when – three lines are enough. The person who would join your team replies within one business day.
- Reply within one business day
- The first call is free and without obligation
- No access to your code needed until you want it
