What you need to know before you say yes

What your team gets
Decisions that stick – architecture, migration path, state management – made with your team in your repository, and written down there. No report nobody reads.
What it costs
From CHF 1,700 per day, offered as a fixed number of days after the first call. Typical engagements are 2–10 days; you know the total before we start.
Time from your team
The people who own the decision, in the sessions that concern them. Everything else happens in your pull requests and your call – no extra meetings.
Why it’s low-risk
Free 30-minute call, fixed number of days, NDA, remote first. If a single day is enough, we say so.

Consulting

What we help with

  • Architecture & migrations

Cut a grown application into libraries with clear boundaries, move to Nx, standalone components and signals, plan an upgrade over several major versions – without a rewrite.

    • Nx
    • Standalone
    • Signals
    • Upgrades
  • State management

Decide where state belongs, introduce NgRx or the Signal Store where it pays off, and remove it where it doesn’t. Patterns your team can keep applying after we leave.

    • NgRx
    • Signal Store
    • RxJS
  • AI-assisted development

Claude and Codex write half the code now. We set up the guardrails – lint rules, architecture tests, review checklists, instructions that know your conventions – so the speed stays and the architecture does too.

    • Guardrails
    • Code review

  • Frontend–backend boundary

API contracts, authentication, error handling and real-time communication between Angular and your .NET or Java backend – the place where most “frontend bugs” actually live.

    • ASP.NET Core
    • Java
    • OpenAPI
    • OAuth / OIDC
Typical situations

When teams call us

  • Every release takes longer than the last one and nobody can say why
  • An Angular upgrade has been postponed three times
  • A new team is starting an Angular project and wants to get the structure right from day one
  • The team uses AI coding tools and reviews can’t keep up
  • A rewrite is on the table and you want a second opinion before spending the budget
  • The frontend is fine but the API keeps breaking it
How it works

From the first call to hand-over

  1. Free 30-minute call

You describe where the project stands; we say whether and how we can help – and if we can’t, who can.

  2. Scope and a fixed number of days

A short written proposal: what we look at, what you get, how many days. Typically 2–10 days from CHF 1,700 per day, remote first.

  3. Work alongside your team

Pair programming, design sessions, reviews – in your repository, on your call. No slides, no report nobody reads.

  4. Hand-over

Decisions and patterns written down in your repo, a plan for the next steps, and your team able to continue without us.

FAQ

Questions before the first call

What does Angular consulting cost?

From CHF 1,700 per day, offered as a fixed number of days after the first call – so you know the total before we start. Short engagements of two to ten days are the norm. If you need someone in the team for months instead, that is team extension, billed by the hour.

Remote or on site?

Both. Most consulting happens remotely in your tools; for kick-offs, architecture workshops or when a team is new to us we come to your office anywhere in Switzerland, Germany and Austria.

How quickly can you start?

The first call within a few days; a short engagement usually within two to three weeks. Say so if it’s urgent – a blocked release is a reason to move faster.

Consulting or audit – which one do we need?

The audit is a fixed-scope review with a written report and roadmap; consulting is working with your team on decisions and code. Many teams start with the audit and continue with a few consulting days to implement it.

Do you sign NDAs and work in our repository?

Yes to both. We work in your repository, your CI and your tools; nothing leaves your environment unless you want it to.

Do you also build features?

Yes – see Team extension. Consulting is about decisions and enabling your team; if you need capacity for months, one of us joins your team.
